What subjects and grade levels do you offer tutoring for?
I offer personalized tutoring in English and Afrikaans reading (Grades 1-3) and Mathematics (Grades 1-7).
How does the free assessment and trial session work?
I provide a free diagnostic assessment before the first tutoring session to identify learning gaps and understand the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. This trial session helps me customize future sessions to meet the student’s unique needs.
Do you offer online tutoring services?
Currently, I offer face-to-face tutoring sessions. However, I am exploring the possibility of providing online tutoring services in the future to cater to more students.
How do I schedule a tutoring session?
You can schedule a tutoring session by contacting me via phone, email, or my website contact form. We will discuss availability and find a suitable time slot for your child.
What are your payment terms and policies?
Monthly instalments must be paid in advance on the first of each month. A R100 penalty fee will be added to late instalments. I also have a R100 non-refundable registration fee per year. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me 48 hours in advance.
How do you monitor and communicate student progress?
I provide regular feedback to parents/guardians to track their child’s progress in reading and mathematics. This includes updates on improvements and areas needing attention, ensuring parents are fully informed about their child’s academic development.
